Tim was amazing. He answered all of my questions. Very knowledgeable, honest and supportive. He weathered my icy... neighborhood road and driveway to get to my door on Friday! QRC will put in a unit for me when the time comes when my unit completely dies. I’m also impressed with how the company is run and how they take care of customers after installation. Bryan was professional and did a thorough check of the system. Had one issue where heat set to 80 triggered the smoke... detector. Bryan determined most likely dust build up in the inside unit and dirty contacts.read more
