The service, quality, technology upgrades and the care... that every team member showed in every interaction makes this family-owned company feel like our family now!We are beyond grateful for our new HVAC system that works way better than the system we had. Our technology went up and our electric bill will be going down! They installed a filter and light system we were looking for to help with my husbands allergies too and we couldn't be happier. They cleaned up better than when they arrived and walked us through the system, showing us how to use the cool new thermostat as well.This is the company you should choose to work with; I am just another 5-star review among the hundreds and hundreds that they have, but we were treated like we were their top priority at every step of the way.You can only go right with QRC!read more

Jonathan conducted our fall maintenance check and he was excellent. He did a thorough check of the unit QRC installed... over the summer and then checked our older upstairs hvac unit because we expressed concerns. He identified a problem and explained options for resolution. One option included part replacement and we appreciated Jonathan’s no-pressure approach.read more

After several attempts at trying to "band-aid" an aging HVAC system, I looked for a local company (using GOOGLE and... Angie) to assess my home system. After contacting QRC and setting up an appointment, Comfort Advisor, Chase Eller evaluated our HVAC and presented several options for replacing our system. Chase was very personable, courteous and patient answering all our questions. After selecting a Carrier option, the crew of Hector Hall, Bryon Goodin, and Jackson Dresbach came to install. These technicians were very knowledgeable and took time to answer all my questions during the install. They ensured that everything was running to our satisfaction. I highly recommend this locally owned family business for any HVAC work. I was limited to only 5 stars, but I would pick 10 stars if available. In addition, Jonathan Jackson came later to check the system when I felt that it was not working properly. He was very knowledgeable and personable and had the system working in no time. I am extremely happy with this warranty service.read more
