I couldn't be happier with the quality of service I got from QRC. Reece came out for an inspection and ended up... troubleshooting my condenser when it wouldn't turn back on. He worked incredibly hard to figure out the issue and didn't stop until it was solved. I also want to give a shout out to Jason who came and helped out. I'm very impressed with their work ethic, and they solved the problem after going above and beyond. One thing I also must mention is that I asked Reece to take his shoes off when he came in the house to adjust the thermostat. Not only did he take his shoes off every time without fail, he also relayed the message to Jason when he arrived. They have more than earned my business going forward!read more
